We are now deploying new cloud servers and VPS with Ubuntu 14. This is currently in beta. Cpanel VPS and Cpanel servers will still use Centos 6.
We now offer PHP7 on both Ubuntu and Centos distros. Our setup for VPS and Cloud Servers includes NGINX, Apache and MySQL.
