We now offer FREE phpfox upgrade service to all our hosting clients. To request this service please submit a support ticket.
FREE Phpfox Upgrade Service:
- Only minor version of phpfox v4 (eg. v4.1 to v4.3)
- Does not include major version upgrade (eg. v3 to v4)
- There’s no ETA. It will be served depending on the request queue.
- We do not offer any guarantee.
- The service will be just standard upgrade process.
- This service is only available for our clients.
- Each client can only request this service once per month (30 days).
- Only one(1) request per phpfox site per server.
- Once we have performed the service we do not redo the process.
When submitting a request please include the following:
- Phpfox License key and id
- site admin details
- FTP/SFTP info
NOTE:
If you edited core/default files it will be overwritten. It is best to contact your developer before requesting for upgrade service.
